Premier Properties Realty, LLC was founded by Rick Grizzell in 1999. Rick has enjoyed a long and successful career building and training real estate companies for many independent and brand offices, such as Caldwell Banker and Century 21. But after losing both of his parents to cancer, Rick decided to stop building businesses for other companies, and build his own. Rick chose to settle in Richmond Virginia because of its economic and demographic diversity.


SERVING OUR COMMUNITY

He saw a need in the Richmond Real Estate market for a specialty type company, of medium size, to be able to relate to both the buyer and the seller. The larger companies were losing sight of the human aspect of real estate, and Rick did not want to lose touch with the needs and changing requirements to be able to work with buyers and sellers. Rick's primary goal is to service all demographics and cultures, the changing needs of our seniors, and to help home buyers take advantage of special savings programs in a market of rising prices. First time buyers and seniors need to understand the programs that are available to enable them the benefit of owning a home. That equity at some time could be used to help seniors with medical expenses, or a better quality of life in their later years. The first-time buyers need the equity in a home for future college educations for their sons & daughters.

SERVING CENTRAL VIRGINIA

Premier Properties Realty LLC continues to service all our MLS and surrounding counties, as well as going into North Carolina. We have about 80 agents to service all these areas. Referral alliances have been established with other companies in cities where our clients are coming from. In this way, we are able to service them in a relocation capacity. We are in the process of starting a new home sales outlet at another facility to accommodate the new home buyer on a broader base by using the one stop shop approach. Custom home building will also be available.

CLOSING THE DEAL

Our company will always be agent-driven. Which means the value of our clients and the training of our agents will be of utmost importance. Even though we have to grow to keep up with the growing demands, we will always have the human touch. We have no need to be the biggest company, but we have the best trained agents. The fact still remains: it's not getting the contract that matters, it's closing the contract that matters, whether for a buyer or seller.
